Practice Details:

I am a UKCP registered Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Coach, working in private practice since qualifying in 2005.

I work from my Farnham base with adults, children, couples and family groups, both short and long term work using an integrative range of methodologies.

My approach is to provide a warm, safe space for clients to explore the issues preventing them thriving in their lives, including depression, anxiety, self esteem, couple relationship, family and work difficulties and other difficulties such as PTSD using EMDR, hearing voices, social anxiety, loss etc

I also offer counselling through Employee Assistance Programs, supervision at ARC in Wokingham and to therapy students, and I facilitate workshops in Family Constellations and training workshops in Gestalt, Brief therapy, and Working Dialogically with Voice Hearers.
