I integrate and tailor my approach to meet each individuals’ circumstances and issues.  I have 25 years’ experience in psychotherapy and counselling – particular areas of interest include working with anxiety and depression, trauma and relationship issues, miscarriage and bereavement, self esteem, abuse and also with people who may feel stuck in their lives, who are wanting to regain a sense of direction and energy for life. My emphasis and engagement in my work is on helping people to find and to explore their own unique potential, which continues to inspire me.
