Practice Details:

I am a professionally qualified BACP counsellor, experienced in working with adults, adolescents and couples, face to face and remotely. I provide guidance on personal and psychological problems, in a safe, supportive, non-judgemental environment.

I have always had a great passion for helping people and listening to their concerns and problems. My experience working @Cruse Bereavement and local colleges to support and enable communities and individuals, especially through the pandemic, has allowed me to work with a broad base of clients.

By supporting adults and couples with issues such as IVF, stress, aniexty, anger and depression and a hectic life, I have been able to help them improve their communication and see their relationship in a more objective way.

By working together with clients, I have enabled them to manage difficult thoughts and feelings, to improve their health and well-being and enable them to effect positive change in their lives.
