Practice Details:

As a Humanistic therapist it is my aim through an empathic and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship for you to gain new insight and awareness into what is troubling you. Together we can explore how to move toward positive change in your life.

I have experience working with a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, depression and low mood, loss and bereavement, and relationship challenges. This list is not exhaustive and you are unique as are your concerns. This is why I offer an initial consultation, so that we can meet and decide if we would like to continue working together.

£60 per 50 minute session for individuals

£85 per 50 minute session for couples.
