Hello! During these challenging times, I offer virtual online therapy sessions,  such as Zoom and in-person one-to-one sessions, to help you find your own space and receive the support you need.

As a psychotherapist with 12 years of experience, I understand that life can sometimes become overwhelming, leading to imbalances and struggles with issues such as trauma, overwhelm, loss, depression, anger, low self-esteem, eating disorders, compulsions, anxiety, or obsessions. I am here to help and support you in making changes by exploring the patterns in your life and gaining an understanding and awareness of them.

I believe that being seen and heard in the therapeutic relationship is the beginning of the healing process. We often grow up with others’ expectations of who we should be, leading to feeling empty and out of sync as we become someone who we are not. As your therapist, I will guide you in discovering your true self, building confidence, and finding the strength to overcome the obstacles blocking you from happiness. As Hafiz said, “You carry all the ingredients to turn your existence into joy, mix them, mix them!” It’s time to allow a calmer, more fulfilled version of yourself to emerge.
